I am a citizen of the United States, but my mother country is Nigeria in West Africa. I have the privilege of using the best of both cultures to my advantage.
Like many immigrants, my parents came to the United States to pursue their goals. They immigrated before my sister and I joined them. (We are their only children.) Before coming to America, we stayed with our grandmother.
